Mentees

The Leading Roles within Atitude

The Essence of Our Mentees

They are individuals who chose to walk this path with us. They placed their trust in our project and, because of that, they are our greatest treasure — the very reason Atitude exists and the source of our pride. They represent the purpose of a group devoted to transforming lives and empowering people.

But what does it mean to be a mentee?

Like a ship seeking the lighthouse to navigate with confidence, the mentee is someone who strives to learn from their mentor — who will guide and accompany them in gaining knowledge, developing skills, and facing new challenges along their journey.

Voices That Inspire

“My journey with Atitude began in 2022. In April 2024, I had my first interview for a position in the technology field — and that’s when I got my ‘yes.’ Throughout the process, Thalia Alves helped me tirelessly at every stage. When that ‘yes’ finally came, during my adaptation to the new company and its demands, I could count on the support of my mentor, Náiade, who generously shared her experience with me. I’m deeply grateful to Atitude Infinita for accompanying me through the entire process, and to everyone who continually shares their insights about the job market.”
